- All prices are quoted inclusive of professional fees, official fees (for specification pre-approved by the registry), miscellaneous disbursements and GST.
- Prices cover only straightforward basic applications based on full information from Client. Registration is not guaranteed.
- If further work is involved (eg, drafting of non-standard specification, translations, priority claims, official objections/queries, extensions of time, oppositions, etc), additional fees shall be billed to and payable by Client in accordance with the further work done on a time and cost basis.
